What is your area of research as it relates to FTD?
To describe the phenotype – genotype correlations of frontotemporal dementia.
What inspired you to do FTD research?
The finding of familial frontotemporal dementias in my county, their severity of the disease and the needs of these patients and their relatives.
What challenges have you faced in FTD research?
The lack of knowledge and low visibility of the disease.
What hopes do you have for FTD research?
Continue to deepen the knowledge of the disease until an effective treatment for patients is found.
